The focus of this workshop is experiential, with learning about constellation work emerging from the exploration of constellations. There will be didactic teaching around the core theory with demonstrations. Participants who attend the training will be assisted to understand:
* Natural orders that support the healthy flow of love
* Blind love versus enlightened love
* Identifying entanglements in family systems
* Finding a healthy order that supports blended families
* Identifying transgenerational issues that still effect the family
* Finding untapped resources within the family
* Finding a healing picture through a constellation and how to use that picture as an ongoing resource
* How the feelings of guilt and innocence are different from the fact of moral guilt or innocence
* The phenomenological interview
* Working with family constellations in private sessions

Otherwise issues will depend on what arises. They may include the impact of adoption, wars, migration, abuse, murders, deaths of children and early deaths of parents or siblings, abortion, divorce, remarriage. As this workshop is directed at both people interested in personal growth and those who want to begin to understand how they might apply this method to their work, there are no prerequisites for this workshop.
