Under the leadership of Lorraine Wood as acting CEO, South Pacific Private's Executive Managment team consist of Susan Marshall and Jill Farrell. Together they form a seamless bridge between our board of directors and key clinical and medical staff, enabling our Treatment Centre to continue to successfully grow.

Susan Marshall, RN
Director of Nursing and Clinical Services
Susan Marshall is a registered nurse specialising in psychiatry. Throughout her career Susan has also undertaken many post grad courses including drug and alcohol,crisis intervention, post natal depression, family therapy, counselling, management and quality improvement.
Susan began working at South Pacific Private in March 1996 bringing her experience in many different mental health facilities and settings including community mental health and acute care.
Over the years at SPP, Susan's expertise and commitment to both the clients and the facility led her to become first the Director of Nursing and currently the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services.

Jill Farrell
Director of Admin/Finance
Jill completed her Management Accounting Diploma in her native UK and put it to good use over the next 18 years in various accounting roles throughout the UK and Europe before emigrating to Australia.
Whilst her professional experience was growing she still hadn’t found a role that aligned with her personal interest in healthcare until she joined the administration and accounting team at South Pacific Private. Jill now manages SPP’s financials, human resources and busy administration team.
