In-Patient Program Treatment Outcomes
To ensure the Quality of the Programs we deliver, South Pacific Private:
- Performs a battery of standardised psychological testing on their clients (for example, the DASS21).
- Collaborates with clients on their expectations and follows up with exit questionnaires and periodical post treatment calls.
- Is certified by the ACHS and as such, performs continual Self-Evaluations and participates in Third Party Check-ups to meet this body’s exacting standards
- Contributes data to external bodies for benchmarking. This includes the Health of the Nation Outcomes Study (HoNOS) benchmarked and coordinated by the Centralised Data Management Service of the Private Mental Health Alliance.
Taken from the latest HoNOS published data, the below Graph indicates that during the 2007 period, the improved mental health status achieved as a result of treatment, rated higher for clients of SPP than for those other participating facilities on all four scales.
