Robyn is a fully qualified herbalist and psychologist. She has 20 years clinical experience and has a particular passion for assisting people with depression to find solutions for better managing their condition. She has a holistic approach to her practice and treatment, working with the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of her clients.
Robyn will be running a seminar for the depression support network on alternative treatments for depression. Whilst there are many benefits to traditional anti-depressant medications, Robyn’s background as a herbalist will provide additional insight into how to optimise our mental health through the use of natural remedies. In particular she will provide education about different types of herbal and nutritional supplements, their usage and effectiveness in treating depression.

Systemic Constellation Training 2009
