Day one

The Heart Of Men’s Issues And How They Impact Women And Children – John Lee
In this fast-moving presentation, you will gain a deeper understanding of why men are so far away from themselves, their feelings, their fathers, each other, their children, and the women they love.

Creating and Maintaining Emotional Fitness – Cynthia Morton
Learn the three vital components required to create and maintain a higher level of Emotional Fitness and experience the opportunity for an ‘on the spot’ emotional stock-take to help identify any areas of your life that may currently be malnourished.

Break Out Women’s Group: The Grace of a Woman – Cynthia Morton
Following our breakdown / breakthrough, we are often emotional virgins, which can be extremely confronting. Hear about the “Weapons of Mass Distraction” women use to escape from being emotionally present to their feelings.

Break Out Men’s Group: Men and Emotional Sobriety – John Lee
Your drinking, drugging, and / or other addictions may have been treated and perhaps recovery is a welcomed friend, but where do you go next? Learn about Emotional Sobriety - becoming more emotionally available, literate, intimate, and vulnerable with those you love and care about.

In Your Greatest Obstacles Lie Your Greatest Opportunities
– Khoa Do
In 2005, Khoa Do was presented with the Young Australian of the Year Award. You’ll be moved by Khoa’s inspirational journey, during which he will demonstrate real emotional fitness in action.

Day two

Emotional Intimacy Panel – Cynthia Morton and John Lee
Through discussion, you’ll hear about both our panel’s and their clients’ experiences with Emotional Monogamy and its vital role in preserving trust and sacred ground in intimate relationships between men and women.

The Heart of Similarities: How Men And Women In Recovery Can Truly Love Each Other – Jackie Furey
Do you focus on what love does not look like and fail to acknowledge, respect and honour how loving you actually are? Learn how to recognise the simple acts of love, which are often the foundation for extraordinary acts of loving. Discover how to recognise how you love someone, and that you don’t need their permission to love them – only your own.

Break Out Women’s Group: 'Healing the Mother-Son Wound' – John Lee
The way a man is mothered (or not) affects all of his relationships – to women, children, other men, and himself. This issue will be explored in depth and you will learn useful tools and information that can benefit you.

Break Out Men’s Group: The Strength and Discipline in Gentle Men
– Cynthia Morton
Learn about the many “Weapons of Mass Distraction” men use to escape from being emotionally present to their feelings and find out how men can become gentle handlers of the female heart through being gentle with their own. You will also receive insight into how you can choose to respond with love rather than react in fear.

A Behind the Scenes Look at Relationships – Jackie Furey, John Lee and Cynthia Morton
This light, fun workshop will examine examples of relationships (good and bad) that we can all relate to.
