Mission, Values and Inclusivity

At South Pacific Private, we’re committed to delivering a fresh start to all Australians struggling with addiction, trauma and mental health challenges.

Our Mission

To change lives and heal families by providing Australians with the most holistic, comprehensive and proven treatment programs for addiction, trauma and mental health issues.

At South Pacific Private, we believe it is possible to find freedom from addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety and aim to provide solutions for those who are suffering. Our programs are designed to deliver sustainable recovery with a commitment to every client’s long-term health and wellbeing. Our expert clinical team delivers treatment tailored to the individual, which actively seeks to facilitate the healing of families and relationships.

As leaders in the field, we are committed to the ongoing training and development of all staff to ensure Australians have access to proven, cutting-edge treatment.

Our Values

We recognise the Gayamaygal people as the traditional owners and custodians of the land upon which we work. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and future and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

South Pacific Private is a proud participant in the Rainbow Tick Accreditation program for LGBTQIA+ inclusion and has participated in Career Trackers, an Indigenous work placement program.

We take an active role in our community with charity partnerships, free training sessions, and offer a unique children’s program which aims to break generational cycles of addiction and mental illness.

We believe in corporate responsibility and are committed to environmental practices to reduce our footprint.

As an organisation, we support Black Lives Matter and believe that Love is Love, Trans Rights are Human Rights, that No Human Being is Illegal and Australia Always Was, Always Will Be.

Inclusivity

Everyone means everyone

At South Pacific Private, we believe that everyone deserves access to leading-edge treatment shaped to support their unique identity, background and lived experience.

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and compassionate environment in which individuals can bring their whole selves to the recovery process.

From hiring to treatment delivery, we value and embrace diversity across race, culture, ethnicity, Indigenous status, gender identity, class, sexual orientation, religious belief and physical ability. Ensuring equity and inclusion in access to our services is a priority.
