Internal Form: Add person to email database form

This form adds a person to the database and puts them in the appropriate category. It does not send an email. Use this if you accidentally unsubscribe someone, or get someone’s email address but don’t want to send them an automated email (maybe you’re sending one yourself separately). They may receive ad-hoc emails based on their category (ie. Healthcare professional, potential client, Alumni, family member etc.) If a person is already in the database, this will not remove them, it will just add any extra information.

• If someone’s pending admission has been canceled, you’ll want to use this form instead.
• If someone is being discharged for any reason, you’ll want to use this form.
• If you want to unsubscribe someone from emails, use this form.
