Staff guidance
This form will mark the admission as an incoming or current client and prevent them from being sent more marketing materials until they discharge. A confirmation email will be sent to the infobox when this form is completed. Please make sure all details are 100% correct before hitting submit.
Please note: you will still need to send the incoming or current client Admission Email via your personal Outlook account.
If the admission is cancelled for any reason after sending your Admissions Email via Outlook, please use the cancel admission form to update their status and remove them from the current/incoming client list.
