The term ‘disordered eating’ covers a very wide range of behaviours which can include over-eating, under-eating, binge eating and purging, craving food or lacking control around food or an obsession with healthy eating.
Because eating is such a critical part of our daily lives, disordered eating can often feel completely overwhelming. Even so, many people suffer alone, believing their approach to food is manageable or justified. This screening test is designed to encourage you to review and contemplate your relationship with food.
As you read each of the following statements, take your time to think about the answer before selecting the response which feels right. Only you will see the results of this test, so take this as an opportunity to be completely honest with yourself.
