Internal Form: Stop Automated Emails Form

This form stops any automated email series a person is currently receiving. If someone calls up and you immediately run a phone assessment on them, you’ll want to make sure they don’t receive further automated emails from us asking them to call us. Adding their email address to this form will stop them from receiving automated emails, but not ad hoc marketing emails. If they’re not on the list already, it will add them to the list. Use this form if an assessment has been completed but no determination has been made, or if someone temporarily can’t join the program.
If you want to remove them from the email list forever, use the unsubscribe form. If you’re making an admission or sending the person an automated info email, those forms will automatically stop any other automated emails.
