This form will stop all emails from being sent to the individual. Use this if a person is deemed entirely inappropriate for the program – otherwise automated emails and ad hoc emails will continue to try to sell them on the benefits of South Pacific Private and other parts of the program. 

If you’d just like to stop an automated series of emails because someone called you shortly after taking a self-assessment, either send them an info email or complete the stop pathway form. 

If you’ve accidentally used this form and want to resubscribe someone, or want to add someone to the list for any other reason, use the resubscribe form.
