Self Assessment: Trauma
This self-assessment is designed to help you identify key symptoms of Trauma (Complex PTSD) and raise awareness about negative, escalatory or cyclical impacts. It is not intended as a clinical diagnostic tool.
Do I have a Problem with Trauma?
Complex Trauma is a diagnosable mental health condition that results from chronic, ongoing or long-term exposure to trauma at developmentally critical periods of life, or times of extreme vulnerability. It may include experiences which are considered abuse, or child abuse, in a range of forms, including sexual, physical, emotional and abuse through neglect.
This screening test is designed to raise awareness about the impact of potential trauma during your development, and the effects it may be having today. This should not be considered a definitive diagnostic test.
